Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of student records while performing data entry, including Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) data. Provide data support to the Continuous Improvement and Teaching and Learning Departments to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
Under general supervision, assist in coordinating, purchasing, and inventory of a variety of parts for Child Nutrition Program kitchen equipment. Maintain parts room, coordinate and control inventory program, pickup and deliver parts upon request, and see that all parts are charged to the proper accounts using a computerized maintenance management system.
Under general supervision, maintain, repair, and install kitchen and refrigeration equipment throughout the District. Provide support to the Child Nutrition Department by maintaining and providing for the safe condition and operation of all kitchen equipment in District Child Nutrition facilities.
Ensure that payroll is delivered in compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations efficiently and in a timely manner.

Provide instructional support for high school marching programs during the summer and fall semester.
Assist the orchestra directors on assigned campuses, specifically in the area of harp instruction. Maintain and provide for the safe condition and operation of all electrical fixtures and systems in district facilities. Maintain and repair fire and security, bell, and sound systems. Perform yearly inspections on fire systems.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: Provide day-to-day armed security presence at assigned Frisco ISD elementary campus. Protect students, staff, and visitors in the event of an active threat incident. Remain alert and provide first-line response to active threats and related emergency situations.
To ride the bus and help ensure students are transported safely and efficiently from one location to
another.
To stop traffic and safely escort students from one location to another.

To perform mechanical repairs to ensure proper performance and safety of District vehicles.
Facilitate the cleaning and disinfecting of assigned district facilities using routine procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building operations and grounds.
Dispatch communications with school bus drivers and buses. Provide phone support for incoming/outgoing calls regarding buses and campuses, parents, District staff, and the community. Assist the Transportation Department in providing proper coverage of all routes, field trips, midday routes, and auxiliary routes/trips.
