The Broadcast Production Tech will be responsible for assisting in the production of all live and pre-recorded production aspects of the district. Will also support campus broadcast programs through equipment and software training relating to live and pre-recorded broadcasts.
Education/Certification:
Minimum age 16
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow procedures and guidelines
Experience in live production environment
Knowledge with production software and hardware
Knowledge of basic computer hardware and software applications
Ability to troubleshoot and correct basic technology-related problems
Knowledge in Google Suite (docs, sheets, forms, etc.)
Knowledge of Adobe Suite (after effects, photoshop, premier pro)
Collaborate with Fine Arts, Student Services, Athletics, and Communication departments to promote all district programs and student achievements.
Assist in producing all playoff athletic broadcasts.
Assist in scheduling production crews, writing production scripts, and producing a live broadcast stream of all high school graduation ceremonies with the Student Services Department.
Record, edit, and create digital downloads all high school graduation ceremonies.
Plan, assist, and produce the Marching Band Showcase event with the Fine Arts Department.
Write production scripts, create basic graphics, and assist the Broadcast Director in all aspects of broadcast production.
Oversee and advise in equipment installation, programming, and training for the Career and Technical Education Center TV studio.
